No key repeat with HotRod?
I just configured mGalaxy for my HotRod controller. I have "Previous Game"/"Next Game" mapped to the HotRod's left stick (Numpad 8 and 2). When I hold the joystick up or down, the games list moves one game and stops. If I press the same keys on a keyboard, the list scrolls as expected. If there any way to fix or work around this? It's pretty strange, I've had the HotRod a long time and I haven't seen too many differences between it and regular keyboard input.
Yes, it's actually a PS/2 connection with a passthrough for my real keyboard. I just noticed that in a text editor, I also don't get repeated characters when I hold down a joystick or button. In MAME, however, it behaves correctly when a button or joystick is held. I've also seen correct behavior in other frontends, MAMEWAH and Mala for sure.
It may end up being moot, anyway. I just bought an I-PAC to rewire the HotRod with, because I need a USB connection.
