Greeting ! downloaded MAMEUI (v.126), loaded my roms, works fine.
Downloaded mGalaxy v1.2 and the MAME_v.126 database file.
When I go to launch a game I get a window which states
"System Error. Code:2. The system cannot find file specified"
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanx.

mGalaxy is trying to launch the "mame.exe" application
(mGalaxy works with the Windows command-line version of Mame
You'll find it there -> http://mamedev.org/release.html, under "Official Windows Binary Releases")
...but as you're using the MameUI version, the application is named "MameUI32.exe" and mGalaxy complains about it!
So, two solutions:
1) Use mGalaxy with the Windows command-line version of Mame
or
2) Rename your "MameUI32.exe" into "mame.exe"
