I have had this same issue for about a week. I had a major computer crash and had to reinstall everything. Scraping will work at times, but the last time I got anything was
a week ago.
I can see the issue is not with my machine but with the servers at mGalaxy
I am sure they are working on it. My only suggestion is keep trying, and one day your graphics will be there.
Let us hope it is not to much longer.

I do not know if it is a scarping issue or we have problems with our machines. I figured by now the folks at mGalaxy would have this thing fixed if indeed it was broken.
I have tried UNSUCCESSFULLY for the past three night to download the graphics for the games in my database. Still nothing.
I have totally uninstalled mGalaxy and reinstalled it TWICE. Still not graphics.
If the scraper is indeed down, I wish someone would let us know this way I can wait until I hear that is up before wasting any more time   on trying to install screenshots, and animations,

It's been working mostly for me. Sometimes I have to scrape multiple times to get everything
