I couldn't reproduce your problem!
I downloaded Pinball FX 3 to be in the same conditions as you...but everything's working out for the best.
I did try a few modifications though.

Je viens d'installer la nouvelle version de Mgalaxy,  les noms complets des jeux n'apparaissent plus comme avec l'ancienne version, juste le nom de la rom. Comment rétablir?

J'ai refait une seconde borne d'arcade avec arcade pinball, tjrs le même problème de perte de fps sous Mgalaxy. Quand je lance directement de windows 7, pinball arcade est fluide, je suis au dessus de 80 fps, mais sous Mgalaxy je suis à moins de 60, et ça rame, c'est tout lent. 

Oui bizarre, mais je viens de changer de matèriel, plus de problème. Arcade Pinball c'est sous steam en local, j'utilise "Microsoft" dans Mgalaxy
