I agree this would make for a bad default setting. However, for users with only a partial selection or ROMs, or for users who have taken the time to manually modify their ROM list it would be very useful I think. :)

This would be a nice-to-have feature - the ability to apply a filter over mGalaxy for retro effects like scanlines etc.
