Well..this is already managed by mGalaxy!
When there's no media present a default 'mGalaxy' marquee is displayed!

I am getting my setup perfect, but the MAME marquees from emumovies are lacking quite a bit.

Is there a way to use a placeholder png if one doesn't exist?
