I am actually Just renaming my current Mgalaxy folders to Mgalaxy5 in the programs list and the C:users section. That way I can install 6 normally until i have it set up to my liking and if I have a problem my Mgalaxy V5 is still there. I'm thinking this should work anyways... lol

If you've installed in the same folder: no...or more exactly, just one file (but it is an important one) should still be there, the one names 'Systems.xml' which contains all your system (emulator) settings!
It should be located in "mGalaxy\Data\Systems.xml"
The "similar" v6.0 file is called "UserSystems.xml" and is located in "mGalaxy\Data\UserSystems\UserSystems.xml"
