Yes, a fresh install does work.
But, When I try to use my old data folder it crashes.

I guees I'll just re-configure a new one.

Thanks for your time.

Have a great weekend.

/Daniel.

A fresh mGalaxy install should work! :-)
Please install mGalaxy again in another folder.
Launch mGalaxy_Runway and configure a simple system.
Launch mGalaxy

Does it work correctly?

If yes, there are big chances that your 'old' mGalaxy is from a previous version.
Thus, unfortunately, your theme (do you own a 'Supporter Theme'?) and data are incompatible with the 'new' version.

Hey.

Thank you for your answer.

It's still not working.
When I try to start my old Mgalaxy I just get the message "Mgalaxy has stopped working. Windows is trying to find a solution". It all started with some kind of "theme error".

When I install it again in a diffrent folder and copy my old data folder it still just crashes.

/ Daniel.

can't even access the runway
What do you mean? The program doesn't start or it starts with an error (if so, could you please give me the error message)?

If you want to keep your previous data it's just a matter of replacing the new 'Data' folder inside your new mGalaxy installation folder with the 'old' one!
1. Install mGalaxy in a new location (don't un-install or remove the previous one now...we need it)
2. Copy/Paste (or drag-and-drop) the 'old' 'Data' folder that you'll find inside the 'old' mGalaxy installation folder into the 'new' mGalaxy installation folder.
3. When asked for, choose to 'Replace' data

Please, tell me if that fix your problem!!

Regarding re-installing Mgalaxy

Hello.

Sorry for my poor english - it's not my language.

My Mgalaxy for some reason today just gave up on me. I just get the theme error thing and can't even access the runway. Re-installing is fine, but I really don't want to loose my settings. I put alot of time and effort in to it.

Is there some way to re-install it (in another folder of course) and keep my settings?

Thanks for a great program. I really love it.
