Opening M.U.G.E.N. with mgalaxy

I was wondering if it is possible to use mgalaxy to open M.U.G.E.N., or any executable program. I was messing around with the systems.xml, but I really wasn't sure how to go about it, so is there anyone else who has tried doing this?
