After searching google and trying about 6 different free ones that had quirks or didn't randomize or just plain didn't work. I found one for $23 Canadian that works perfect. I copied a bunch favorite Mame videos to a separate folder and pointed the program there. Just wish we had something that would put the bezel in as well.

PS. The icon sits down at the bottom and to the right in your task bar so you can just right click on it to control it and your other screensavers. You can even just click on it to start it without a wait period and just walk away
