few minor bugs

A few minor bugs I've encountered:

- Nestopia starts with its window behind mGalaxy--or possibly no window at all?  I do hear sound from the emulator, but I can only see mGalaxy.  Nestopia works fine outside of mGalaxy.  I ended up switching to FCEUX so it's not really an issue for me. 

- FCEUX can be slow to load and slow to quit (5-10 seconds) but it does work.  This may be an issue with the emulator itself, though--loading from command line appears to be just as slow, though quitting is instant when not run from mGalaxy.  This is version 2.2.2 which I believe is latest.

- mGalaxy Runway appears to be case-sensitive to file extensions when creating a database from a ROM folder.  I just renamed my ROMs to have lowercase extensions, but still it'd be nice if both worked.

My system is running Windows 8.1 Enterprise, 64-bit.
