What's the newest version of Higan that is compatible with mGalaxy?

I have just looked and indeed it becomes complicated with Higan which from what I see does not allow to pass full screen anymore

I tried to use Higan v110 but it creates a settings.bml file instead of a settings.cfg. Its missing the Video::StartFullScreen and the Hotkey::CloseEmulator is different (And I don't know how to set it as Esc).
