Title: PS1 games will not launch through Retroarch

I am using Retroarch's  Mednafen_psx_libretro.dll for my playstation games. I have everything set up properly in the Mgalaxy Runway but the games just will not load. When I try to launch a PS1 game through Mgalaxy the loading wheel shows up for a few seconds and goes away but the game doesn't launch and their is no error message. I tried loading some PS1 games using launchbox and they loaded just fine. So I know it is not a problem with Retroarch or my image files. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I just tried it just now and I can still run a PS1 game with Retroarch (using the same core).
Once you launch the game (even if you don't see it) do you have access to the mGalaxy interface? (can you keep browsing the list?).
If you use Alt-Tab to switch between applications, can you see Retroarch listed?

Yes I can still scroll through the game list. And no, Retroarch doesn't show up when I hit ALT+TAB.

I can't reproduce your problem. Out of curiosity, could you try with other cores and tell me if any of them work!
