Title: help with db update

first thank you des ja to all!!! my problem in question is with the rumway mgalaxy because when I give the command for it download the medias and screenshots, logos and etc.. the same does the reading but does not download the same!! does anyone know how to solve?

Maybe the scrapper webiste or you reach the limit of daily downloads.
