Title: FBNeo core +.dat support

Please add Fb Neo core and support for the FB Alpha v0.2.97.44 (ClrMame Pro XML).dat file to get the correct name like "1942 (C64 Music)" to one of the next updates.

I would also like an option to edit the core-name in mGalaxyRunaway,  often only the core-name must be changed and the command line stays the same, like the change from vice_x64_libretro.dll to vice_x64sc_libretro.dll etc.
