Title: x360ce error
Post by: Spyke on April 06, 2015, 07:36:42 AM
Hi,

I use an THT Arcade 2Player USB  controller an I tried x360ce to make it work with mGalaxy.
Everything works fine, I can config my controller and it works well in mGalaxy. But when I close mGalaxy, it gives a read error, the same happens for mGalaxy Runaway.

Did anyone know what is wrong?
If it's helpfull, I can post a picture of the error message.

Thank you and best regards

Marc

You can write your error message, but I think you will find more help on X360ce forum.

You don't have the X360ce exe running during your bug. It works on background ?

Try with an older version, I m using an old version, less problems than with the recent version.

x360ce is not running, it works in background.
Can you tell me which old version of .exe and .dll works fine for you?

Find attached the error message, it´s in German only....

Ha ok, it's not X360Ce but mgalaxy who have problem, it's not the same problem.

I m using the 2.0.2.76 version, on a computer, and the last version on another, but without problem.

This one is a bug for Mgalaxy ^^.

Ok, I didn't manage to get it work.......
Now I went to Joy2Key and it works just fine.
X360ce would be the better solution, maybe in the future it will work.

Thanks for your help.

I would like to help! 'Unfortunately' I can't reproduce this bug.
Where are all your x360ce files located? Inside the mGalaxy executable folder?
Have you tried adding 'Version=1' to the 'x360ce.ini' option tag?

Code: [Select]
[Options]
UseInitBeep=1
Log=0
Console=0
DebugMode=0
InternetDatabaseUrl=http://www.x360ce.com/webservices/x360ce.asmx
InternetFeatures=1
InternetAutoload=1
AllowOnlyOneCopy=1
Version=1

All the files are located in the mGalaxy folder.
I have added Version=1, but at the beginning  after [Options], should I move it to area you show it?
Without adding this, x360ce starts with an error.

The same proplem also came up, when I start and exit mGalaxy Runaway.
