This is the 2nd time in about a month I booted up Mgalaxy and none of my games show up in any emulator when they were previously working fine. The first time I had to completely uninstall Mgalaxy and set everything up again to get it to work. I thought it was my antivirus so I uninstalled that first so apparently that wasn't the problem. I am using v6 since v6 wasn't working for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am using v6 since v7 would load for me

That might be the effect of a filter applied globally!
If you can see the system listed in mGalaxy...but no games displayed, a filtering might be the reason!
Can you see your systems in mGalaxy?
-
Yes it shows each emulator and says filtering results in an empty game list. How do I fix it if that is the issue?
-
You call the settings window (default key is 'shift') and you check that there's no filtering on: show available, show clones, show favorites only, players, genre,..
There's a filtering available on the 'search' window too, that you might have to clear

I am not seeing any filtering options in the commands option in Mgalaxy. Are you talking about Mgalaxy or Mgalaxy runway?
-
mGalaxy..and not speaking of a 'commands option' but 'preferences window'
