Title: Theme Creation?

Just wondering if there is any tutorials or guides to making a simple theme?

mGalaxy doesn't allow the creation of themes by the user (on the other hand, when you see the superior quality of the themes compared to other front-end, it's not really something I miss, personally)
But I'm sure that if you have a good idea and propose it here, mGalaxy could follow it!?
