mGalaxy Desktop launcher app.

I have created a little helper software to launch games from Desktop... it uses the mGalaxy XML files to list the games and launch them.
Also let you create a Desktop shortcut to one game.

I have used python to create this, so I include source and a "compiled" exe for windows x64.

Is currently only in spanish because i have not translated it yet... is not dificult i just don't have the time now.
This was tested only in Windows 10 x64.

maybe someone can fiind this usefull.
