Title: Idiot guide for running an external program?..
Post by: Graphicsgod on October 08, 2013, 03:52:34 AM
I want to start XBMC inside Mgalaxy, using the "Microsoft" link. How do you do this?

I point to the program and it wants the "ROM" location, and if I point it to a blank directory or a directory with ROMs, Mgalaxy crashes when I try to load the program. What am I doing wrong here?

Graphicsgod,

Please go to the "Support/Emulator Settings" page on the website. (then slide to "Windows Apps")

Got it working, thanks! Albeit a bit buggy..

Now how to fix the icon PNG images? If I change them they are larger than the original images.. Why?!?

Example..

I had a weird opening bug. Where when I clicked to open the program and then close it, it would reopen the program without me doing anything. I had to force stop mgalaxy to stop it. But the next time, it didn't do it. Was weird..

As for the other issue, I'll check that out when I get home..

WOW!! That is weird!! I have to save the image as a "Save for Web & Devices" as a "24 bit PNG." If I just do a save image as a PNG, it expands it. That's crazy!! Glad I got that sorted, now to fix other images... Thanks for the link!!
