Fresh install it is. REALLY appreciate your help!

Out of curiosity. Could I use the build you sent if I reinstall and the issue persists?
Glad to help you!
Yes, you could...but as I told you the copy I've sent you was created with the installer from the website, so it should work the same ;)

Assuming I should just transfer all my things to that build?
This is not a special build! This is a standard mGalaxy with the path set to verify that it is NOT a path related problem! ;)
If you confirm that you've set your path the same way with your local version..but still not working, I would advice you to make a new install!?

Ok! Overwrite the 3 .png files I've sent you  in the SNAP folder with the 3 exact same files from YOUR snap folder!
Run mGalaxy (the one I've sent you of course  ;)) Do they display?

Thanks!

Ok...so extracted the portable build you sent. Ran it and it worked perfectly. Tracing back to the containing folders it appears the one that wont link properly on my own was the screenshot path (you have pathed to you SNAP folder).  My files are also png format so I must be missing something else?
Awaiting your wisdom : )

I've sent you a mail with a portable copy of mGalaxy and instructions on what to do!
Could you please test and report?

I guess in a non complicated way of wording my problem.

In the picture I posted there is a single area in which it displays media missing (on the screen of the arcade machine).....How do I get something THERE.

Haha...sorry. typing everything out as I did makes it all sound so overcomplicated.

And that's what I figured so I pointed all paths to go to a single screenshot...just because I figured SOMETHING would show in that area...
Still showed as media missing (as in the pic).
What is the correct path or how do I get a picture to show in that specific space?
I was trying by process of elimination but after trying every area (cover, screenshot, etc.) Still nothing displayed there.

Sorry...I just don't see what I'm overlooking. Appreciate your time

Hi dakaizaa,

This is a path problem...from your image I can see that the screenshot is displaying into the marquee!

In mGalaxy_Runway, you should have:
'screenshots' path pointing to your snapshots
'videos' path pointing to your video
'covers' path pointing to the cover images (for 'My Vintage Room' theme) / marquee images (for 'System Arcade' themes)
'logos' path pointing to logo images (for 'My Vintage Room' theme)
'arts' path pointing to fan-art images (for 'My Vintage Room' theme)

Brand new user here..
Having difficulty making the game image appear in the arcade

Files ARE png. and identically named as I did with my videos snaps (which are in fact working)

Which part am I missing?
Ive directed all paths but video (which is working) to the image I want, figuring ONE of them has to show it in the arcade space labeled missing media.......ZERO luck
Still see media missing.

SEE PIC BELOW...
ANY help would be greatly appreciated!!
