ScreenSaver not Working

What have you in the "Screensaver.xml" file ?

Well this is the first time you mentioned getting a message.....

I would try reinstalling Mgalaxy and work with one emulator first. Rename your actual Magalxy folder you have now temporarely to Mgalaxy 6 and the reinstall Mgalxy again and it will create the Mgalxy folder again. Maybe you just got a bad install the first time around with the screensaver.

Some another things you can try.
Exit mGalaxy, in the folder there is an executable called "mGalaxy_Screensaver.exe", if you run it it will launch the last game with the last sytem, the screen saver have tried to run, and if you move> return on windows

In the folder "Data\Screensaver"
You can see a file "Screensaver.xml" with some info like the volume or the rom to launch.

This is probably a stupid question on my part but you do actually have the emulator the emulator running while your waiting for  the screen saver to  come on right ??

Yup I can play all games..but the screen saver won't work.  No matter what options. I pick...such as time...as soon as it's about to come on...it crashes

I'm at a loss. I have it working with Mame fine other than the odd game it starts that has the Game Info + OK screen pop up and I have no volume but other than that no crashes when the screensaver starts...

And if you turn off the mame screen saver under the :Extra" then Mame itself works fine ??

I have tried all of my emulators and it crashes every time.  Nes...mame...snes...everything

What emulator are you trying to use...??

Did you go under the emulator that you want to use in the screen save and click the "Extra" button at the bottom and click "Use With ScreenSaver" for that emulator ??

I believe you have to do that as well as go under the Miscellaneous tab and turn the screensaver on.....

I went into mgalaxy runway...selected my options.  I wait for a couple mins and nothing happens.  The screen saver/attract mode never comes on.  What am I doing wrong?
