Core2 3ghz is enought to have it working from my memory, but apparently your problem is the fullscreen mode, there is no reason for nullDC works perfectly in windowed mode and not fullscreen, you haven't special configuration somewhere ? in graphic driver or nullDc pluggin ?

to my knowledge no...the only thing I can think of is to update my drivers for graphics card?

???
Realy strange, Im using an old 9600 Gforce card, 10 years old without problem. But 7300 is perhaps too weak, but there is few differences beetween windowed and fullscreen, emulation use more the main processor than graphic one.

Try with graphics options.

The demul old version =< 0.5.7 is working on fullscreen mode ?

I thought my computer processor is powerful enough maybe not???  Core2Duo 3.0

Tried Demul 5.7 briefly and just kept crashing after I would config.

I don't see something special. Try with another game, it's perhaps a game that need special config or not compatible.
The only difference I have.

Dreamcast.RTC=1543195063
??? don't know what is it.

PatchRegion=1
LoadDefaultImage=1
No chnage on performance, just in loading iso with command line

But I have made differently for mapping
Current_maple0_5=PuruPuru_Win32.dll:0
Current_maple0_0=drkMapleDevices_Win32.dll:2
In port A, I m selecting "purupuru Controller" and inside it, I m selecting "NullDc VMU"

My config > http://pastebin.com/8tuMaHPa

But I don't thing your mapping can decrease performance, make a try with another game.

After having configured the joystick, the game is still slow ?
Have you configured all the options ?

like "Enable dynarec" (need to be checked for better speed)

Can you copy/paste your nulldcc config file (without joypad part, useless)

Thanks I'll try that.   Now I seem to have a bigger issue.   When configuring my joysticks with nulldc I open then elumator and loaded rom to test and now it runs incredible slow!!!  Any thoughts

You can use Xpadder or Joytokey for exemple to map keyboard key on your joystick.
It's not possible to map a joystick button directly to exit emulator.

Thanks for posting this topic because I was about to!!!  I can get NullDC to exit with the ESC key on the keyboard.  However is there a way to map it to one of my joystick buttons instead?  The same question/scenario applies to Fusion for Genesis games.

If you use the alt+f4 shortcut don't use script. Or try with a script with esc key.
It works if you press normal alt+f4 (without your mapped key) ?

Having problems exiting Nulldlc while in mGalaxy
« Reply #1 on: September 22, 2015, 02:22:35 AM »
Normally, I have a button mapped to a controller that does Alt+F4 after being held for so long. However, this is does not seem to be working for Nulldlc. It will exit, but while I'm looking at the mGalaxy screen, I can't navigate anything. It's like it still thinks Nulldlc is running, even though it isn't. I've tried using ESC as well, but that doesn't even close the program. Any ideas on whats going on?
