took some advice from the Mameworld forum and got it sorted. In mame p2 buttons 5 and 6 arent mapped to anything. i tabbed into the general inputs, mapped them to the buttons and now my cab works like a dream

I have mame32 running on my pc and checked the buttons and they dont work either. I think it must be a mame thing as it isnt just through mgalaxy. I would be interested to know if anyone has managed to get these butons working though.

If the buttons are well recognized as "i" and "k" in mGalaxy_Runway this should simply work!
Is it a problem with mGalaxy..or with Mame itself finally?

Button 5 is mapped to i and button 6 is mapped to k. In notepad the letters come out fine

What keys are they mapped to?
If you open a blank notepad document and push the buttons, will it type the key correctly?

Probably been asked a million times but i am really new to this. Bought a cab off EBAY using a j-pac connector. for some reason player 2 buttons 5 and 6 dont work. If i bring up note pad they are mapped correctly. Any help would be really appreciated
