I found a good port of the game Fix-It Felix Jr. for Sega Genesis / Mega Drive. Here a link to download http://rash.strefa.pl/mgalaxy/Fix-It%20Felix%20Jr.zip.
On this side there is a PC version and artwork for arcade cabinet.
