Mgalaxy 7.5 is it 32 bit or 64bit

Acording to the DL page you have both version, but for 32bit the later version is only 6.3 >http://www.mgalaxy.com/download.html

Getting back into the world of mame and trying to get 7.5 up and working to check out, if Im happy with this front end Ill deff be purchasing the premium version. I got older versions of mgalaxy to work but 7.5 will not open in windows. I am using win 7 pro 32bit. the runway opens but not the mgalaxy exe. it says the following"This version of the file is not compatible with the version of windows you are running. Check your system to see if you need the 32bit version or 64bit version of the current program"
