Just an update on this one...

Now that the update for v7 is fixed I installed that and now it's working. Not sure what was messed up with the previous version since I could also see the videos in the DB edit page under 'media', but the new version corrected whatever the issue was.

Hey there,

have tried all of the recommendations in the other thread, have all the codec packs on there, and have even converted a test video into avi to see if it would play better than the MP4, but nothing seems to work.

The images show up fine, the folder has been specified for the videos, and they all play on the OS (Windows 10) by double-clicking them. Mgalaxy seems to be the only part that can't see/play them. Have updated the DB with 'everything' many times now, but they just won't show.

Has anyone run across this behavior before?
