How to filter before submitting to the webserver?

I made a new submission for one of my systems and it works exactly as you say. I was dubious since I noticed that hidden roms were still processed, but the saved files refer only to visible ones.

Thanks for the kind words..and your support!
The 'delete' icon as been replaced by a 'mark as hidden' icon...but the behavior is the same: games won't show up in mGalaxy AND won't be submitted to web databases!

Even with games hidden you will see mGalaxy listing them while updating...but this is just an internal process to consolidate the database!
The games that will be submitted online are only the one marked as visible!

I just upgraded to Premium, thank you for your work.

I looked at the tutorial video for filtering databases, i marked all the roms I didn't want to submit but in the upper bar the trashbin is missing (unlike as it is in the tutorial video) - so I could only hide the unwanted roms.

As I'm updating my databases, it looks like mGalaxy searches entries even for hidden roms.

Did I miss something? Is there a way to delete unwanted entries from the databases?
