New user, missing "mg_mamedb.xml" error

From your message and screenshot, I can see that you're using the "old" mGalaxy version.
In that version, you need to download the database corresponding to your mame version on the mGalaxy download page. (You wouldn't have this "problem" with the new 2.0 version, which generate that database automatically)

Concerning the catver.ini file missing, you'll have to download it (http://www.progettoemma.net/?catlist) and put it in the mGalaxy folder.

I am running mgalaxy for the first time.  Up until now I have been using MamePLUS.  I did a fresh install of MAME from the MAME website, then I copied my ROMS folder into the root of MAME.  Then I expanded the download of mGalaxy into the MAME root folder.  When I go to run mGalaxy, I get the following two errors:

Can't find "mg_mamedb.xml"
Can't find "Catver.ini"

This is a super fresh install, so I don't think I did anything wrong, but I can't seem to find a solution to this problem on this board anywhere.  Please help!
