How exactly do I put in screenshots,covers adn art?

You need a folder with roms inside...a folder with snap images, a folder with covers images, a folder with arts image (with file name following the roms file name)
Then in mGalaxy_Runway create a system and simply give the path to each specific folder!
Be sure to check allowed file extension for roms (listed under the "Roms" path field) and bitmap/video (.png/.mp4)

I can't quite get this, I have everything right (individual folders, specific file names) but nothing shows up. Is there more I should be doing?
