Title: New dreamcast emulator

This emul is rly young, I have some freeze for the moment, but more alive than NullDc ^^.

It works with command line/full screen, but I haven't find how to quit with escape, I have bind a joystick key to exit for the moment.

Command line are rly basic, no options yet

Was added to the "Base" systems last week...so will be part of the new mGalaxy version to be released in a couple weeks

There is an option "-fullscreen" ?
I haven't see that on the doc.
